The final 12 housing Private Finance Initiative (PFI) schemes being managed by the HCA on behalf of DCLG have all now reached financial close. Stoke’s extra care PFI was the final project, signing on 10 July. We spoke to team leader Steve Trueman to find out more about what this challenging programme has achieved.
